ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE OF DOCUMENTS

Description

Customer support in the electronic signature of documents that must integrate the bid to be submitted to the Public Entity in accordance with the requirements of the tendering procedure in question and the applicable legal requirements.

 

 

Estimated execution time

The time expected by the Affereo team for executing this service implies a minimum of 4 hours of intervention, by secure remote connection with the customer. The accounting of the number of hours begins after the connection and the provision of the requested documents for signature. 

 

 

Languages

This service is only possible, first, provided that the customer's correspondent speaks one of the following languages:

 

  • Portuguese
  • Spanish
  • French
  • English

 

 

Remote access

For remote connection to a customer's computer to proceed with the digital signature of documents, access will be made through software duly licensed by Affereo to which the customer will connect by invitation made when connecting Affereo’s support.

The software used by Affereo for this purpose is "Anydesk".

 

 

Other information

This service can be combined with the bid submission and the obtainment of the digital certificate, for the countries identified in the data sheets of these products or services.
